She was our second agent, as the first agent wasn't successful in selling our house. She was very helpful and patient during the process. When the first buyer purchase was cancel due to some financial problems from the buyer, she was still persistent in looking for another buyer for us. During that time she help us feel at ease and worry free. She was always with us during all the transactions and was able to answer all our questions and doubts. We appreciate what she has done and has successfully move in to our new house in June 2018 just in time for Hari Raya. I would like to write a review of Mdm Amy Teo CEA R045520F of Associate Code 3306921. I had been marketing my property for more than 6 months but still, there was no buyer that was interested till Amy approached me. She is very attentive and listens to our needs. She tried to get a buyer that can offer me with the price that I'm looking at. As for me I had already collected my new BTO keys. At that moments of time I felt so stressed, worried that I unable to sell off my house. Amy is my lucky star. With less than 3 weeks, Amy brought her first buyer and we manage to close the deal with higher price offered. Thank you Amy, it is nice knowing her and my pleasure to have her as my housing agent.
